Zurich uses AFL Logo Space to Support Breast Cancer Awareness

Zurich Australia will replace its logo on the front of Melbourne Football Club  AFL run out t-shirts with the names of individuals impacted by breast cancer – the first time in MFC history a team sponsor has used its logo space in support of charity.

Zurich says that in collaboration with Breast Cancer Network Australia, it has selected 43 individuals from more than 350 public nominations whose names will be displayed on the t-shirts in support of ‘PLAY4BCNA’ during AFL Round 15 ‘Pink Lady Match’ on 22 June.

Zurich has also announced a $10,000 donation to BCNA to assist with funding essential support services, resources and advocacy programs for individuals and families affected by breast cancer.

AIA Australia Announces New Director

AIA Australia has announced the recent appointment of Jane Perry as a new Non-Executive Director.

The company says Perry has over 30 years’ senior leadership experience, predominantly in the financial services industry. She spent 11 years at AXA working in operations and human resources roles until she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer.

She later joined J.P. Morgan Chase & Co as CEO, Worldwide Securities Services Australia and New Zealand. Following this, she was promoted to CEO, Treasury and Securities Services, Australia and New Zealand. Perry then became CEO of Qantas Super, a position she held for almost four years.

After retiring from Qantas Super in 2015, Perry has taken on several non-executive directorships.
