Fitzpatricks Advice Partners has relaunched Lead Adviser, its flagship professional development program for advisers working with the firm.

Originally developed in 2004, the program has been expanded from an in-person two-day course to one offering online modules with CPD points, online forums, and support groups.

The aim of the program, states the firm, is to help advisers working with its high-net-worth clients increase the value they deliver, to more accurately price their services, and build more valuable businesses.

Jasia Fabig, the firm’s GM, said: “The heart of the program remains the same, but we’ve made some enhancements to provide more ongoing training and support. These changes also reflect the growing advice needs and complexity of our clients.”

Andrew Fairweather, the firm’s CEO said: “As a national advice firm, our aim is to ensure that all our clients, regardless of where they live and who their adviser is, receive a consistently excellent client experience.”
