Zurich is on the move in Perth, having signed a seven-year lease for the 14th floor of a CBD building with the deal including naming rights.
It will see the firm’s Western Australia operations become more centralised, states the firm, with staff due to move to 140 St Georges Terrace in November.
Zurich CEO Justin Delaney said the move reflects the firm’s long-term commitment to “…the state and our local customers, partners, and people”.
The skyscraper, managed by Centuria Capital Group, was built in 1975 and was once the tallest office tower in Perth.
