Financial advice technology and services firm Padua Solutions has acquired Wealth Data, a provider of adviser and licensee data, superannuation, and SMSF insights.
Wealth Data founder Colin Williams will join the firm reporting to Rudy Haddad, Padua’s Head of Data, Research & Technical Advice.
The acquisition follows Padua’s recent capital raise of $7m. The funds, states Padua, will support acquisitions and technology enhancements, including digital automation and AI.
