Alexis George is standing down from the FSC board and will be replaced by Nick Hamilton, CEO, Challenger.
Meanwhile, Alison Telfer, CEO, Schroders Australia, is to rejoin the board. She previously served as an FSC Director (2022–2025).
Blair Vernon, incoming CEO, AMP and former AMP Group CFO, has been appointed as an FSC Director.
