NEOS has appointed Jacqui McPherson as its Chief Information Officer as the financial services and technology firm continues to invest in its technology capabilities.
McPherson joins the company from B2B cashflow firm Finstro, where she served as Chief Technology Officer. In that role, she led the company’s technology function, oversaw the modernisation of core platforms, and helped establish data and generative artificial intelligence capabilities.
In her new role, McPherson will be responsible for the company’s technology strategy and delivery, including oversight of core platforms, information security, operational resilience, technology governance and investment.
NEOS CEO John de Zwart said: “Jacqui brings an exceptional combination of strategic leadership and hands-on delivery experience across complex, regulated environments.”
He said her expertise would be important as NEOS continued to expand its technology capabilities and improve outcomes for advisers and customers.
McPherson commenced her new role from 1 June.
