Business & Personal Insurance Specialist Paul Milbourne, MDRT’s current Victorian State Chair, has been appointed as the organisation’s Australia Country Chair, effective 1 September.
The appointment, which has a term of two years, follows the announcement that Kiwi adviser, Travis Hamilton, will become MDRT Oceania Chair – also on 1 September – after serving two years as its New Zealand Country Chair.
Hamilton said Milbourne’s dedication and passion for MDRT and the financial advice industry would be a strong asset in the role.
“Paul’s dedication and passion for not only MDRT but the financial advice industry as a whole is huge, as is his commitment to supporting our members and growing our community,” Hamilton said.
“I have no doubt he will bring fresh ideas, strong leadership and plenty of enthusiasm in the role.”
