Medical health services firm, SG Health Solutions, is set to extend its service capabilities to more advice firms by expanding its national coverage.
Presently servicing advisers who are mostly based in Melbourne and Sydney, the success of the SG Health Solutions offer and the scalability of its processes, says MD, Graeme Wingrove, has driven the firm into a growth trajectory, which will see it recruiting more health service professionals in more locations around the country to serve the medical testing, examination and other underwriting requirements requested by insurers.

Central to both its scalability and service proposition offered to advisers has been the development and implementation by the firm of a bespoke online booking system, which provides the adviser or their practice manager with full control over the booking process for scheduling and on-the-spot confirmation of appointments for their clients for the purpose of blood tests or other medical collection requirements.
Flexibility is another factor, according to Wingrove, as to why the firm appears to be gaining traction within the adviser community, with members of the firm’s medical professionals team available to attend clients at their home or office or from a mobile van from as early as 5:00am, if this is what best suits the client.
Having spent many years working as a health services professional, Wingrove says he has used those learnings to develop an offer he says is more reliable and less intimidating for consumers who are required to undergo the underwriting process for the purpose of obtaining the life insurance coverage that will serve their best interests.
