NEOS has expanded with three new appointments across its adviser support teams.
Joining the company is Pia Holding, Business Development Manager, SA. She has 19 years’ experience in financial advice, including practice ownership, consulting and fintech.
Based at the firm’s SA office, Holding will help advisers build scalable, efficient, and client focused businesses.
Grainne Farrell has been appointed Business Development Consultant for Victoria.
Farrell has more than seven years’ experience in the financial services industry, including four years in financial planning. She’s spent the last three years at AIA in client development support and as a phone-based BDM where she was named AIA’s 2024 Rising Star.
Taking up the position as Senior Underwriter in Victoria is Stu Guerin. He joins NEOS with 20 years’s experience. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Underwriting Development Manager and Underwriting Governance Manager at AIA.
