NEOS has updated its platform with an option for users to generate a suspense report directly from the homepage.
This downloadable PDF provides a snapshot of all proposal applications and any in-force policies with overdue premiums.
In addition, a new suspense tab (proposal policies) gives users greater visibility over proposal policies, allowing them to view outstanding requirements, commission structure, and time since submission in one place.
Advisers can also securely upload outstanding requirements and send instructions to NEOS. The firm has produced a how-to’ video here.
In October 2025, NEOS expanded its product suite with the launch of Futura Protection, following the earlier rollouts of NEOS Protection, Encompass Protection, and its comparison tool.
