New TOWER Sales Model and Appointments

TOWER Australia is introducing a new sales support model within its retail distribution structure from 1 July, aimed at better servicing  the independent adviser market.

Patrick O’Connor, Head of Distribution for TOWER Australia’s Retail Life business, said the new model will have three key relationship structures:

  • Key Account Managers
  • Sales Development Managers
  • Sales Development Officers

Mr O’Connor said the model will also include the support roles of Sales Development Specialists and Business Support Officers.

TOWER has detailed new roles and appointees to date as being:

  • James Noone – key account manager, Queensland
  • Clinton Tietz – key account manager, Queensland
  • Sonia Raven Kelly – sales development manager, Queensland
  • John Campagna – key account manager, Victoria
  • Amy Parsons – sales development manager, Victoria
  • Richard Byrne – key account manager, NSW
  • Shaun McDonald – key account manager, NSW
  • Lesley Legg – sales development manager, Western Australia
