Asteron Wins Service Accolade

Asteron has been voted Australia’s Top Risk Insurance Provider for customer service and value for money, in AFR Smart Investor Magazine’s 2010 ‘SMILES’ Awards.

The awards were based on the results of a reader survey, which rated providers of consumer services, across different industry sectors, on a range of factors including:

  • Value for money
  • Quality of customer service
  • Level of fees and charges
  • Product features

Asteron’s Executive General Manager Jordan Hawke said these Awards measure what matters most to Asteron – its relationship with the adviser and customer: “…We’re incredibly proud to have won this award, because it is proof of Asteron’s service philosophy based on professionalism, courtesy and experience.”
