OnePath has launched a new online application tracking system to support OneCare life insurance.
OneCare Application Tracking features comprehensive status information about all applications, and the ability to communicate electronically with underwriting staff.
Advisers using the application tracking system can also export reports and attach outstanding requirements electronically to current applications.
Gerard Kerr, Head of Marketing and Retail Product for Insurance, said the system was designed to provide advisers with faster turnarounds and greater visibility during the underwriting process.
“By enhancing communication and providing greater transparency of the underwriting process, we are confident the system will add real value to risk advisers’ operational practices,” Mr Kerr said.
OneCare Application Tracking is available through OnePath’s Adviser Advantage website or its Illustrator software.
