After eight years, the principals of financial business brokering firm Kenyon Prendeville have decided to part ways.
Alan Kenyon and Steve Prendeville have announced an amicable end to their partnership, which will see both men moving forward with separate businesses. Mr Kenyon will head up Kenyon Partners, while Mr Prendeville will run Forte Asset Solutions.
Mr Kenyon and Mr Prendeville will both continue to assist financial planning businesses to merge, acquire and sell, through their newly created ventures.
According to a release from the firm, existing clients can expect ‘business as usual’ with both ex-principals retaining access to the Kenyon Prendeville resources and database for the benefit of their current and new clients.
The split took effect from Monday 16 May.
