ClearView Targets IFA Market With New Product Range

ClearView Wealth has launched a new suite of life insurance products, as part of its goal to grow its presence in the IFA market.

The new product, called LifeSolutions, includes life, TPD, trauma, income protection and business expenses cover, and can be sold by independent financial advisers as well as ClearView Financial Planners.

Key features of the new offer include:

  • Pricing rewards for customers who participate in an ongoing health maintenance program
  • Discounts for groups and those who have recently been underwritten
  • Linked covers inside and outside superannuation (including within a self-managed super fund)
  • A life risk superannuation product called LifeSolutions Super

Customers can also elect to fund premiums via ongoing annual rollovers from any superannuation fund, including ClearView’s new WealthSolutions super accounts, also launched this week.

WealthSolutions, accessible via ClearView’s wrap platform, includes managed funds, ASX listed securities and term deposits held in super, pension or IDPS wrap accounts.

Simon Swanson, Managing Director at ClearView, said the life insurance and wealth management industries had not seen anything innovative or fresh for some time.
