Fabig will oversee the integration of MLC Advice into the Advice Partnerships model run by parent group NAB, which includes NAB Financial Planning, MLC Financial Planning, Godfrey Pembroke, Garvan Financial Planning, Apogee Financial Planning, Meritum and JBWere.

Fabig will also be involved in the development of the MLC Advice management structure which will result in account management, adviser development management and franchise management functions being brought together.

The role is a continuation of 14 years with MLC with Fabig most recently holding the role of Head of Practice Development for more than three years and earlier in her career working as a Practice Development Manager for over nine years at MLC.

MLC, General Manager, Advice Partnerships, Ross Barnwell said the new structure would accelerate the growth of the MLC Advice business and provide opportunities for advisers to grow their businesses.

“We believe the future growth of the MLC Advice network is best supported by one team under a general manager. We’re confident that Jasia’s extensive career, depth of knowledge, and understanding of the wealth business at both strategic and practice levels will be valuable to the growth of MLC Advice,” Barnwell said.
