New Offering Launched to Protect Customers’ Health & Wellbeing

Zurich Financial Services Australia has launched a new proposition, called Zurich Evolve, which it says is committed to protecting the health and wellbeing of customers at every stage of their lives.

The insurer says Zurich Evolve adopts a comprehensive approach to the whole health journey “…providing value beyond the scope of traditional insurance cover by delivering practical and personalised support – from prevention to recovery – to ensure customers have the resources they need to feel their best.”

It says the offering provides Zurich and OnePath customers and members with complimentary access to an extensive range of health-related services “…including preventive checks to identify potential risks and conditions, such as cancer and mental health concerns.”

It also offers specialised support and rehabilitation programs addressing cancer management, pain, fatigue, exercise, and mental health.”

Zurich adds that recognising the importance of supporting customers through their whole life journey – spanning physical, mental, social and financial wellbeing – Zurich Evolve “…offers a wealth of additional resources, including financial coaching, grief counselling, and return-to-work support such as business and executive coaching.”
