Former AIA Australia senior exec, Sam Tremethick, has joined global financial services advisory firm, NMG Group.
Tremethick, who is well-respected within the Australian financial advice community, departed AIA in October last year following 12 years spent with the insurer across a range of senior roles in Australia, Asia and New Zealand spanning distribution, product development and new business service functions.
A statement released by the firm last week announces Tremethick has joined NMG Consulting – a key division within the NMG Group which specialises in the insurance and investment sectors – as its newest Partner responsible for its Insights & Analytics studies for life insurance across Australia and New Zealand.
His appointment is effective from this week.
