TAL’s Risk Academy program for the second half of this year has been announced, and includes expert-led sessions on legislative change and ethics to expanded support for professional year candidates along with webinars for client service teams.
The academy has been running for 10 years and its July–December program will feature more industry thought leaders, beginning with Phil Anderson, GM Policy, Advocacy & Standards at the FAAA.
Anderson’s session will unpack the implications of recent legislative updates, regulatory shifts, and the role of life insurance in the evolving advice landscape.
Following the success of TAL’s Ethics Month in May, which attracted more than 2,000 adviser enrolments and earned an average satisfaction rating of 4.6 out of 5, its Risk Academy will introduce a Mini Ethics Month in October.
This initiative includes a new course exploring real-world ethical dilemmas and professional integrity, featuring interactive case studies on navigating challenges.
