Advice platform AZ NGA has appointed Nathan Jacobsen as its Chief Operating Officer. He is currently CEO of AZ NGA-backed outsourcing specialist Vital Business Partners (VBP).
Prior to working at VBP he held a number of senior executive positions such as MD of listed company Diverger and Paragem, and GM at Perpetual Private.
In his new role Jacobsen will oversee the delivery of the group’s services to accounting and advisory firms.
Reporting to Group CEO Paul Barrett he will have responsibility for driving technology and integration, and building the systems and infrastructure to support the firm’s growth.
Barrett said that under Jacobsen’s leadership, VBP achieved “significant operational and cost efficiencies, boosted staff and client satisfaction, and successfully launched new services”.
“VBP is in a strong position to continue growing and meeting the outsourcing needs of advisory businesses,” said Barrett.
