Nib Group has launched a new suite of own-branded life insurance products underwritten by NobleOak.
Nib Life Insurance includes cover for:
- Life
- TPD
- Trauma
- IP
Nib Group CEO and MD Ed Close says the collaboration with NobleOak enhances nib’s broader strategy to move from a traditional health insurer to provide access to a wider range of products covering health and financial protection for customers.
“By bringing life, living, and health cover to our members, we’re creating a broader base of financial protection,” said Close.
NobleOak CEO Anthony Brown said the partnership marks a significant milestone in the firm’s mission to deliver access to life insurance solutions for all Australians.
“We will be delivering life insurance products that offer value, and flexibility when it matters,” he said.
The new offer is available to existing nib customers and new customers.
A Nib spokesperson said: “At the moment, nib life insurance products are only available direct to consumer rather than through financial advisers. These products are issued by NobleOak Life and provided through nib under an authorised representative arrangement.”
