NEOS has added four Business Development Consultants (BDCs) to its national team, a move the firm says will strengthen its support for advisers.
Mark Almonte joins the firm’s Queensland office with more than 10 years’ experience in financial services, including BDM roles with Westpac’s Financial Planner panel and OnePath.
Matt Wurth joins the BDC team with more than a decade of experience in client relationship and client services roles, having managed medium to large group insurance portfolios.
Kisa Malakai has been with NEOS for three years and recently moved into a BDC role. She has a strong background in sales and client relationship management from the financial services and health insurance sections.
James Bray joins the firm’s NSW office with more than 15 years’ experience in life insurance across sales and operations. Most recently, he spent six years at Compare Club leading underwriting support and improving operational processes. He supports advisers across VIC and SA.
In a statement NEOS said: “By strengthening our BDC team, we’re better positioned to support advisers’ with responsive, knowledgeable partnership and help drive strong business outcomes for their clients.”
In addition, Ben Climo joins NEOS as Regional Sales Manager for Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory.
Climo has nearly 20 years’ experience in financial services, including senior leadership roles at AMP and BT, with a track record in strategy execution, adviser engagement and building long-term partnerships.
