Entireti has partnered with Communify to develop an advice platform designed to aggregate and organise practice data into a single knowledge base.

The platform, known as ERAi, will use artificial intelligence and automation to analyse data from existing systems, including emails, planning software and external sources, to support advice delivery and client engagement.

Licensing and business services group Entireti states the platform will include systems to ensure outputs are reliable, compliant and explainable.

ERAi will be rolled out in stages, with the first phase expected to be available to the Entireti network, including Akumin, Fortnum, Personal Financial Services and Entireti Alliances, from Q3 2026.

…there is a shared ambition to build thriving practices…

Entireti Group CEO Neil Younger said the initiative forms part of the firm’s broader strategy to help practices scale and serve more clients efficiently.

“Across our community there is a shared ambition to build thriving practices that are serving more Australians and growing sustainably,” he said.

“After a comprehensive review of the market, we are excited to work with Communify to help advisers bring together structured and unstructured data from across their systems, documents and external sources to create a single source of truth.”

“This is one of the most significant technology programs for Entireti to date and will become foundational to our offering.”

Communify chief strategy officer and APAC president Will Bailey said the firm was investing heavily in Australia.
