Levera Highlights Expanded Offerings

Outsourcing firm Levera Solutions has announced it has broken through the 100-staff milestone as it expands its service offerings.

Senior Business Development Manager Martin Stone told Riskinfo the firm now has 114 staff in the Philippines.

Martin Stone …the firm now also offers digital marketing, executive assistant support and Employer of Record services.

The company, which provides offshore outsourcing solutions to 42 financial services businesses across Australia, has opened its first office in Manila, the Philippine capital, bringing its total in the country to three. Stone says the new location adds to its existing offices in Angeles City and will allow Levera to tap into the capital’s talent pool to better serve clients.

The Melbourne-based business was launched in 2021 by Link Wealth founder Steve Sloane and Josh Lee, whose original motivation was to meet the back-office administration needs of their own successful and growing advice practice.

Levera continues to provide back-office administration services, including end-to-end advice implementation processes and associated paperwork, CRM management, data entry and other administrative support. Sloane discussed this work with Riskinfo in 2024 (see: Outsourcing Success Born of Necessity).

Stone says the firm now also offers digital marketing, executive assistant support and Employer of Record services to clients across financial planning, accounting, mortgage broking and other associated groups.

Bohden Langdon …Levera aims to help its clients add back time into their day.

The company says its services are designed to take care of the time-consuming tasks that slow advisers down. Its specialised assistants are trained in financial services administration and work collaboratively with clients’ onshore teams.

Marketing Manager Bohden Langdon told Riskinfo that Levera aims to help its clients add back time into their day, allowing onshore team members to work more efficiently and focus on higher-value tasks.

On the digital marketing front, Langdon says Levera’s marketing support offering helps clients build their brands and create lead funnels beyond traditional referrals. Services include content creation, scheduling and posting across social media platforms, alongside email marketing, website updates and campaign coordination. He says offering marketing support was a natural next step for the company, as helping clients succeed and grow benefits everyone.

The service is flexible and helps business owners whose time can be taken up with non-income-producing tasks…

The Executive Assistant service can help business owners with travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, as well as calendar appointments. Stone says the service is flexible and helps business owners whose time can be taken up with non-income-producing tasks. There has been good uptake, he says.

For Employer of Record clients, Stone says Levera acts as the employer, handling payroll and other contractual elements while clients manage their support staff’s day-to-day work and performance. The service provides an alternative to directly contracting offshore staff. He says misclassifying workers or failing to meet applicable employment obligations can expose Australian businesses to legal risk.

Stone points to the massive demand for advice in Australia, noting the supply of advisers is low and Levera’s solutions allow financial advice businesses to serve more clients and help more Australians access financial advice.

He says advisers tell Levera it’s difficult to find and retain administration staff. “These are the gaps Levera really covers,” Stone says.
