Esencia Wealth has completed a merger with Cove Financial Group, based in Shellharbour, NSW, adding approximately 650 clients to the business.
The merger is the firm’s third this year and brings four financial advisers and a team of 10 into the business, including Michael Edwards and Debbie Warriner, Principals and Owners of Cove Financial Group.
Edwards will join Esencia Wealth as Partner and Senior Financial Adviser, with Warriner continuing in Client Operations.
The merger with Cove Financial Group follows Esencia Wealth’s Queensland expansion in March 2026 that added Financial 3 Wealth and Marsden Wealth Advisers to the firm. In December 2025 FMA Wealth Management merged with the Esencia.
