Zurich has appointed Fifita Ngaue to the newly created role of Senior Head of Retail Life Claims, Australia. She will start with the firm on 10 August 2026.
Ngaue joins Zurich from MetLife, where she is currently Head of Claims and responsible for driving performance, claims experience and innovation. Prior to this, she held several roles across Macquarie, CommInsure, and Zurich.
In her new role, Ngaue will lead the transformation of Zurich’s growing life insurance claims team, including delivering improvements to the claims experience and investing in digital solutions.
