NEOS has released enhancements to its product platform to include the ability for advisers to complete underwriting questions online.
The firm states advisers logging into its platform are now able to complete premium comparisons, produce quotes, as well as access client profiles, inforce quoting, track application status via suspense, update client details, and policy management functions.
NEOS said its new quote feature, released last week, is integrated with its Premium Comparison Tool and includes dynamic medical requirements and the ability to export projections as PDF or Excel files.

The new application includes a refreshed interface and the ability for advisers to assign underwriting questions to clients for online completion.

NEOS said client completion is mobile-enabled and secure, allowing advisers to obtain client disclosure through adviser-assisted processes, the company’s tele-interview service or directly from clients.
The existing NEOS portal will no longer be used for new quotes or applications, although advisers will continue to be able to access it to complete quotes or applications already in progress.
Once an application is submitted, advisers will be able to view it through the client and policy listing on the new NEOS Platform.
