Dealer group OAMPS Insurance Brokers has announced the appointment of former AXA exec, Michael Meysztowicz as its General Manager OAMPS Life Insurance Solutions.
Mr Meysztowicz’s brief is to focus on delivering a market leading licensee offering for OAMPS advisers who specialise in life risk advice, according to the firm’s CEO Insurance Brokers, Keith McIvor.
OAMPS has stated its intention to recruit new advice businesses to join its banner, where it believes there exists an opportunity for significant referral business for its life risk advisers from its general insurance client base of over 120,000 small to medium enterprise clients.
The dealer advises it has already partnered with nine specialist life risk practices around Australia, but is looking to expand distribution to all capital cities and many regional centres.
