The 2010 finalists in the Australia and New Zealand Insurance Industry (ANZIIF) Awards have been announced.
Now in their seventh year, the Awards are intended to celebrate excellence and achievement within the insurance industry by showcasing the best performers in the Australian and New Zealand life and general insurance markets.
Amongst the Award categories, which are heavily weighted towards the general insurance sector, the finalists in this year’s ANZIIF Life Insurance Company of the Year are:
- CommInsure (2009 finalist)
- MLC (2008 & 2009 winner)
- Westpac Life
Joan Fitzpatrick, ANZIIF CEO and Chair of the Judging Panel said “The standard of the nominations this year has been very high and it is pleasing to see how much the industry has embraced the importance of this type of recognition, with a record number of entries received.”
The winners will be announced at an Insurance Industry Awards Gala function in Sydney on Thursday 12 August.
