AMP has announced a Queensland-based appointment to support advisers, while BT Financial Group has announced the appointment of two senior executives…
David Randall has been appointed by AMP to the newly created position of Business Partner Manager for North Queensland.
Mr Randall will be responsible for servicing AMP’s network of financial advisers covering the area north from Rockhampton and west to Mt Isa.
AMP Head of Financial Planning for Queensland, Bill Justo, said North Queensland has some of the fastest growing areas in Australia, especially Townsville and Mackay:
“In order to cater to the needs of the region, we believed it was necessary to have someone on the ground full-time,” Mr Justo said.
Mr Randall, who will be based in Townsville, has a background in financial services, most recently with Westpac and Bendigo Bank.
