The risk store has announced the 2011 finalists in its Life Risk Champion of the Year Award.
This annual award recognises commitment from individuals that have gone ‘above and beyond’ in advancing the cause of the Australian life insurance industry over the last 12 months. The 2011 finalists are:

- Mark Oliver (Australian Unity)
- Dyanne Prinsen (Moneywise)
- Steve Salvia (Southern Financial Strategies)
- Jeff Scott (CommInsure)
- Peter Stathis (DKN/Lonsdale)
- Morris Winestone (Winestone & Associates)
- Aaron Zelman (Priority Life)

Each has been recognised by their peers and nominated as demonstrating an outstanding commitment to and championing the cause of the life risk insurance industry in Australia during the past year.”
The winner of the 2011 Life Risk Champion of the Year Award will be announced at the risk store’s 2011 Annual Life Risk Forum, being held on Hamilton Island from 16 to 18 August. Previous winners of the Award, now in its fourth year, are:
