ANZ has launched a funding facility to assist financial planning businesses looking to grow.
The initiative, called the ANZ Practice Funding Facility, is available to all ANZ aligned dealer groups and their authorised representatives.
ANZ General Manager, Advice and Distribution, Paul Barrett, said the funding will provide advisers with the flexibility to help them succeed in a fee-for-service environment:
“This loan facility, exclusive to our aligned financial advisers, will provide them with funding support if they decide to grow their business or refinance to competitive terms through ANZ,” he said.
Mr Barrett said the funding could be used to assist advisers to:
- Grow their business through acquisition
- Purchase client books from a retiring financial planner
- Refinance existing business loans
“The ANZ Practice Funding facility is a strong endorsement of our confidence in the quality and potential of our extensive adviser network.
“It will also form an important part of a broader integrated recruitment and succession strategy in development with our aligned dealer groups,” said Mr Barrett.
The funding facility can be sourced through ANZ’s network of Business Banking Relationship managers.
