The package, developed specifically for the group’s aligned financial adviser network, contains a range of tools to support advisers looking to sell their businesses.

According to ANZ General Manager Advice and Distribution, Paul Barrett, advisers are looking for support at all stages of the business cycle.

“We’ve had strong feedback from our planners for this initiative.  They see the benefits of succession planning not just to support their transition to retirement but to assist their business growth,” said Mr Barrett.

While the package is currently only available to members of RI Advice, Millennium3 and FSP dealer groups, ANZ Wealth says it plans to extend the ebroking Exchange service to non-aligned advisers who are looking to sell or merge their business with an ANZ aligned dealer group.
