MetLife has announced it will waive premiums for three months for policy holders impacted by the recent floods in New South Wales and Queensland.
The premium waiver will be offered on request to eligible MetLife retail customers from within the designated NSW/Qld flood areas who hold individual insurance policies, and will apply for the period of 10 March to 10 June 2021.

MetLife’s Chief Retail Insurance Officer, Meray El-Khoury, notes “During difficult times, like recovering from a natural disaster, we know that our customers will benefit from the peace of mind their life insurance gives them. We also want to take some financial pressure off them while they get back on their feet.”
