Integrity Life has announced the appointment of experienced industry exec, Gary Bailison, to the newly created role of General Manager, Product and Proposition.
Bailison joins the insurer from 6+ years at MetLife, most recently as its Chief Transformation Officer. Prior to MetLife, Bailison spent almost eleven years at CommInsure, where he held the role of Head of Retail Product and Pricing before moving to MetLife.
Commenting on his new role, Bailison noted that life insurance is at a crossroads “…and there is a huge opportunity for insurers to support partners and customers by building a digital ecosystem that will improve the speed, ease and transparency of the services that are offered.
This latest senior appointment follows the recruitment earlier this year of former MLC Life Insurance exec Russell Hannah as Integrity Life’s GM of Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience (see: Senior Integrity Life Appointment) and that of MD and CEO McCormack, who also commenced earlier in 2021 (see: Integrity Life Announces New CEO).
