Integrity Life has strengthened its Retail Distribution team with five new senior hires to support the implementation of a hybrid Retail Distribution model.

A statement from the insurer says this model is designed to provide greater efficiency and support for its growing number of retail partners across the country.

It says the model “…will ensure a coordinated and nationally consistent approach across the team and all associated activities.”

Andrew Dowsing.

The insurer adds that by introducing this new distribution model, it has greater flexibility on how it interacts and operates with partners “…a reflection of the changing environment in which everyone now lives and works. It’s a two-tiered partner engagement model, the first being state-based Business Development Managers located in NSW, VIC and QLD and the second being hybrid and virtual Business Development Managers who can support partners nationally.”

Andrew Dowsing joins Integrity’s Retail Distribution team as Head of Retail Partnerships and the statement says he will play a key role in leading the Retail Distribution team across the country and driving the execution of its partner strategy.

He has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry across distribution, product, marketing, and operations at several large insurers.

Gregory Nunan.

Gregory Nunan has also been appointed Business Development Manager for NSW and Shirley McIvor joins as Business Development Manager for QLD.

Prior to joining Integrity Life, Nunan was a CFP Certified Financial Planner and LRS Life Risk Specialist Practitioner and has provided tailored strategic advice and services to individuals and businesses for more than 21 years.

Shirley McIvor.

McIvor has more than 30 years’ experience in financial planning, business development, practice management, leadership, sales, compliance, and administration and has a passion for the value of personal risk insurance. She is a qualified Financial Planner (ADFS) and has run her own small business.

Integrity also welcomed Matthew Wakefield as a hybrid Business Development Manager and Kate Hartney (nee Cipans) as a virtual Business Development Manager.

Matthew Wakefield.

Wakefield has had an extensive financial services history in the UK and has worked across a range of senior Business Development roles with one of the large insurers since his arrival in Australia.

Hartney has held a number of Business Development roles with large insurers across the market.

Russell Hannah, General Manager Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience, says Integrity is  delighted to launch its new, hybrid Retail Distribution model to support its growing number of partners across the country and welcome the new Retail Distribution team members.

Kate Hartney.

“They each bring a unique set of skills, experience, and reputation to match to an already dynamic team including Alicia Faour and Voula Makris.

He says the changes are in addition to elevations across the broader team – which saw Josh Lawrence promoted to Head of Group Partnerships, Amie Pachos as Sales Strategy and Enablement Manager and Joanne Raffel as Brand, Marketing and Communications Manager.
