Key Appointment at Resolution Life


Resolution Life Australasia has appointed Paul Tarlinton as Chief Customer and Operating Officer – he has been acting in the role since December 2021.

In his newly-confirmed position, Tarlinton will manage the design and implementation of the firm’s customer offerings, claims management, and operational performance.

He is on the firm’s Executive Leadership Team reporting to Resolution Life Australasia CEO, Megan Beer.

Beer says Tarlinton’s appointment “…will set us up well as we pursue our ambition to be the leading in-force specialist life insurer in Australasia by being a data driven, digital and customer focused business.”

Tarlinton was previously Chief HR Officer and Chief of Staff at the firm, and worked at AMP before joining Resolution Life in July 2020.
