XY Adviser is offering its second All Licensee Professional Development Day next month, following the success of its first such PD Day earlier this year (see: Biggest-Ever PD Day?).
According to the adviser services group, its PD Day next month aims to give advisers access to 10 CPD points as efficiently as possible.
The all-day event, to be held both virtually and in-person, will offer 10 different sessions, including:
- Employee value propositions
- Diagnosing your cost to serve
- Income protection amid surging cost of living pressures
- Consumer trends in advicetech
- An economic lens on insurance sustainability
The firm says that to support the growing number of advisers in self-licensed and boutique homes, it launched its industry-first, free and inclusive All Licensee PD Day in June 2022 with two goals in mind:
- Provide advisers access to efficient CPD options
- Deliver content that would speak directly to the challenges advisers are trying to solve in their businesses
The firm’s second event will be held on 10 November and advisers can choose to join the in-person experience and social after party in Sydney (paid) or tune in virtually from anywhere (free).
