More than 70% of the candidates sitting the August financial adviser exam passed, ASIC states.
The commission notes that:
- 205 candidates sat the August exam
- 150 (73%) of candidates passed
- 72% of the candidates were sitting the exam for the first time
To date 20,718 individual candidates have sat the exam and over 19,172 (92%) of those who have sat the exam have passed.
2023 and 2024 Exam Dates
ASIC adds that the next exam sitting will be held on 9 November 2023. Enrolments for that exam will open on 2 October and close on 20 October.
The regulator notes that indicative dates for exam sittings in 2024 are 15 February, 16 May, 8 August and 7 November.
