A subscription-based coaching offer for advisers and advice businesses has been launched by Vital Business Partners (VBP). The announcement follows its acquisition of business coaching firm Elixir Consulting last year.
Branded as the Growth Alliance, Sue Viskovic, VBP’s GM of Consulting, is leading the initiative that’s designed to help business owners, financial advisers and operations managers “…deliver tangible, measurable improvements.”
The program combines on-demand learning modules, group-based training, and peer engagement, and customised one-on-one support.
“Leveraging the proven experience of Elixir and boosting it with the scale and resources of VBP has strengthened our position to support and assist advice businesses,” says Viskovic.
She says many advice businesses are trying to solve their problems alone, but there’s power in the collective and together “…with the right guidance and support, they can overcome challenges and achieve their growth ambitions faster, with less risk and more fun.”
