The second annual FAAA Congress will provide financial advisers with insights and tools to succeed in an evolving industry, the association says.
Under the theme ‘Power Up’, the Congress will be held in Brisbane from 27 to 29 November and includes the FAAA Awards Gala Dinner.
CEO Sarah Abood says the event is designed to offer advisers a platform to exchange ideas, insights, and knowledge across three days.
She says it offers an opportunity for advisers to collaborate with their peers and gain knowledge that will help them succeed in today’s rapidly changing financial services landscape.
In the opening keynote session, Formula 1 Team Manager Mark Gallagher, along with Formula 1 specialist commentator Bernie Collins will discuss achieving sustained success by embracing change, leveraging new technologies and building high-performing teams and cultures.
Another session is The Magical Art & Science of Storytelling – How Leaders Power Up Connection, presented by Troy and Zara Love, Directors of Great Talk. This session will offer practical tools to enhance advisers’ communication skills and client interactions.
Caspar Craven, an international motivational speaker, will present Powered Up – The Big Bold Mindset – Rethinking the Rules of Leadership.
FAAA chair David Sharpe says the sessions are designed so advisers leave the event with the knowledge and confidence to navigate regulatory and technological changes.
“Our theme, ‘Power Up,’ reflects our commitment to empowering advisers with the latest strategies and innovations to drive performance and growth in their practices,” he says.
