TAL’s launch of a new digital tool to help advisers better manage their client’s life policies attracted plenty of reader interest this week…

TAL has launched Inforce Management, a new digital tool within the TAL Adviser Centre to help advisers manage their client’s life policies.

Developed with help from advisers and their teams, the new feature brings all inforce policy information into a single dashboard.

This, says the firm, means advisers have secure, faster, and insights-rich management of their inforce policies.

Early adopters are already saving up to 30 minutes a day on common inforce tasks such as managing overdue policies and identifying policies at risk of lapsing, states Aaron Newman, TAL GM – Individual Life Product, Individual Life.

He said: “We know advisers want to spend more time with clients, and less time chasing paperwork.”

David Arthur, TAL GM, Individual Life Technology & Delivery, said technology is a “powerful enabler” of quality advice and strong client relationships.

“Our role is to build systems that support good outcomes and reduce complexity,” he said.

To complement the dashboard, TAL has also introduced TAL In Focus, a weekly email providing advisers with a snapshot of required client actions and activity.
