Digital mental health and wellbeing provider Spectrum.Life has entered the Australian market through the acquisition of MindFit at Work, We Lysn and Valion Health.

Spectrum.Life said the acquisitions – one in Melbourne, and two in Sydney – bring together complementary clinical capabilities across mental health, rehabilitation and cancer care under a unified framework.

For insurers and corporates – states the firm – the result is a single, accountable pathway connecting prevention, intervention, rehabilitation and specialist care, rather than splitting services across multiple providers.

“Australian employers and insurers are demanding accountability and measurable outcomes,” said Spectrum.Life Co-founder and CEO Stephen Costello.

“Our model is built to deliver that, with the technology to scale access, the clinical delivery and governance to maintain quality, and a commercial structure aligned to outcomes.”

The company employs 35 staff in Australia and plans to create 100 new roles across clinical, digital and operational functions over the next 12 months.

Investment will target both clinical capacity and expansion of its digital platform, including data and artificial intelligence-enabled governance tools that support its global model.

The expansion will focus on growing specialist mental health and oncology teams, scaling 24/7 triage and stepped-care pathways nationally, enhancing digital engagement and outcomes measurement, and deepening partnerships with insurers, corporates and education institutions.
