BT Financial Group has made two key appointments to its insurance business:
Daniel Musson will take on the role of Head of Bancassurance, while Jim Glossat has accepted a promotion to Head of General Insurance.
General Manager of Insurance, Mark Smith, says the appointments “will ensure customers are the recipients of a high-service model delivered by an integrated insurance team”.
The appointments come after BTFG was recently awarded the “Best of the Best” title for Outstanding Excellence in Customer Service, at the Australian Service Excellence Awards.
The annual awards judge organisations from a variety of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, and federal and state government agencies, against the National Customer Service Standards, set by the Customer Service Institute of Australia.
