OnePath has appointed Claude Lombardo as its new Group Underwriting Manager.
Mr Lombardo will be responsible for managing OnePath’s Group Risk Underwriting team, reporting toChief Underwriter, John Leonard.
Mr Leonard said the appointment further demonstrates OnePath’s commitment to focusing on group risk insurance:
“We’re pleased to welcome such a senior and well-credentialed person into our team. Claude’s expertise will be particularly valuable as we seek to strengthen our presence in the group risk insurance market,” Mr Leonard said.
In other OnePath group news, RI Advice Group has also made a senior appointment, announcing Graeme Hyland will join the group as Regional Manager SA/WA.
Mr Hyland joined the group after working with RI in his capacity as a consultant for The Encore Group over the past 12 months.
“In this short period of time he has already made significant impact to practices, particularly in growing business through centres of influence, and transitioning clients smoothly to a fee for service model,” said Paul Campbell, RI Advice Group CEO.
