Tanya Seale has been appointed to the role of Practice Development Manager with Matrix Planning Solutions (Matrix).
In this role, Ms Seale will work alongside Geoff Martin, Matrix General Manager – Practice Development, to assist advisers develop their business models and support their strategic advice and service package offerings to clients.
Speaking about her appointment, Ms Seale said she was looking forward to working closely with practices on… “a range of areas, building on my compliance experience.”
Ms Seale previously held the role of Compliance Manager for the group. Matrix will also strengthen its compliance team through the addition of a new role focusing on paraplanning support.
