AIA Australia has appointed Elizabeth Flynn to its Board of Directors. Ms Flynn is currently a non-executive Director of Bennelong Funds Management and General Counsel and Company Secretary of Save the Children Australia.
Theresa Gattling, AIA Board Chair, said: “Elizabeth’s intimate knowledge and experience in the legal and financial services industry makes her a welcome addition to the Board.”
Ms Flynn was a former director of NULIS Nominees (Aviva Australia’s superannuation trustee company) and former chairperson of Aviva Australia’s Due Diligence Committee.
Speaking about her appointment, Ms Flynn said she was looking forward to the opportunity ahead. “I look forward to working alongside this great team as we move to grow and position AIA Australia as a leading life insurer in this country,” she said.
