PIS Launches Client Service Program

Professional Investment Services (PIS) has launched a new strategy which it says will become ‘… a new benchmark for client management within the Australian financial services industry.’

… the program is about creating more meaningful interactions between advisers and clients

The strategy, called ‘Clients for Life’, is a client management program which incorporates a number of age-specific client workshops.  PIS says the program is about creating more meaningful interactions between advisers and clients.

PIS founder, Robbie Bennetts, said “The Clients for Life strategy is designed to create greater understanding of and alignment between clients’ investment and life goals.”   “It has been designed for all clients, regardless of age or where they sit on the financial ladder,” he added.

“Our interactive workshops (catering for 30, 40, 50 and 60 years) are delivered in an easy to follow, yet professional and social atmosphere.  They have been designed to build deeper understanding of client needs, wants and interests,” Mr Bennetts said.

“A clients’ future requires a holistic approach by advisers, which is built on trust and knowledge to ensure life-planning needs are identified and met.”

Mr Bennetts said he hoped that the implementation of the strategy would have a positive impact on the quality of advice provided by the industry:

“Quality of advice is all about having a fundamental knowledge of the client and a comprehensive range of solutions to offer.  One size or solution cannot fit all.”

“PIS believes it is raising the bar for a more professional advice model that will result in Australian clients receiving the financial advice, which PIS, the Australian Government and consumer organisations are advocating – professional, comprehensive and quality advice,” said Mr Bennetts.
