New Marketing Heads for Macquarie, MLC

MLC & NAB Wealth (MLC) and Macquarie Banking and Financial Services Group (Macquarie) have made senior appointments to lead their marketing operations.  

MLC has appointed Simmone Hogan to the role of General Manager, Marketing.

Ms Hogan was most recently employed by OnePath to oversee the implementation of its new brand, following the acquisition of ING Australia by ANZ Wealth.

Speaking about the appointment, MLC’s Executive General Manager of Advice and Marketing described Ms Hogan as a highly experienced marketing leader.

“Her depth of experience and leadership will be invaluable when setting MLC’s future strategic marketing direction and building on our successful ‘With You’ campaign,” Mr Nunn said.

Macquarie Banking and Financial Services Group (Macquarie) has recruited Foxtel’s former Chief Marketing Officer, Paul Heath, to ‘drive the next phase of its growth’.

Mr Heath, who has also held senior roles with Vodafone and American Express, will head up Macquarie’s group marketing team.

 

 

Macquarie Banking and Financial Services Group Head, Peter Maher, said Mr Heath would be a valuable addition to the group’s retail operations, and provide extensive experience as Macquarie continues to grow its market share in the intermediary, advised, direct and business banking sectors.

“Mr Heath will drive the next phase of Macquarie’s growth by enhancing our knowledge of our clients, maximising the outcomes of our research and providing a new focus to our marketing efforts,” Mr Maher said.
