Zurich Financial Services has launched a successor to its long-running LifeXpress mobile app designed to complement its ZLife adviser portal launched last year.
The new app, named ZLife Mobile, will allow advisers to receive personalised push notifications about approaching events within a client’s insurance portfolio, and will also allow them to tag VIP clients, view upcoming renewals, pending lapses and cancellations, and changes in client details.
Zurich Life and Investments Head of Digital, Marc Fabris said the app would harness the abilities of Zurich’s Zlife adviser portal and provide advisers with quick and secure access to detailed and up to date client information client information.
“The ZLife Mobile app includes market leading functionality, developed after extensive beta testing with a panel of advisers,” Fabris said, adding that it offers useful triggers for advisers to open conversations with clients.
“The VIP tagging allows advisers to be more informed and more proactive in providing a higher level of service to their most valuable clients,” he said.
